SimpleTech was founded in 2018 by Chris, a former Apple technician with over 11 years of hands-on experience inside Apple’s ecosystem. After more than a decade at Apple, he saw a clear need in the Reno-Tahoe community: small businesses and individuals were trying to make Apple tech work for them—but often felt stuck, unsupported, or lost in corporate tech speak.
So, Chris did what Apple encourages most: he thought different. ✨
